No runaround and no mystery treatments. You will know what we found and what we are doing about it.
Tell us what you are seeing, where and for how long. A few minutes on the phone usually tells us a lot about what we are dealing with.
Your technician looks for the source, not just the bugs you can see, then walks you through what is going on and how we will treat it.
We treat the problem, show you what to watch for and come back if it needs another round. If something comes back, just call us.
From a few spiders in the basement to a raccoon in the attic, one local company handles it. Here is what we take care of most often.
Spiders, ants, crickets, earwigs and the rest of the everyday bugs, treated inside and out so they stay out.
Raccoons, opossums, skunks, squirrels and other animals trapped, removed and kept from getting back in.
Yard treatments that knock mosquitoes back so you can actually use your deck and backyard in the summer.
German and American cockroach treatments for homes, apartments and rentals, with follow-up visits until they are gone.
Scheduled pest control for restaurants, offices, warehouses, apartment buildings and other businesses.
Mice and rats removed, plus sealing the gaps and vents they use to get into your house or garage.
Wasp, hornet, yellow jacket and bee nests taken care of, from porch lights and eaves to attics and siding.
Carpenter ants, pavement ants and sugar ants traced back to the nest and treated at the source.
Thorough bed bug inspections and treatments for bedrooms, furniture and multi-unit buildings.
DeadOne Pest Control is a locally owned Fort Wayne company. We are not a national chain reading from a script. Our technicians work the same Allen County neighborhoods every week, so they know what shows up when: wasps under the eaves in late summer, mice moving into garages when the weather turns, mosquitoes along the rivers and ponds. Our Google reviews mention our techs by name, and that is exactly how we want it. The only good pest is a DeadOne.
We are based in Fort Wayne and work across Allen County and the counties around it. Not sure if we come out your way? See all our service areas or call (260) 245-3323 and ask.

Fantastic! We had a large colony of sweat bees behind our siding. Garrett was very patient with my questions, and very professional. He took the extra time to make sure he did everything he could to take care of the problem.
Brandon was awesome! Removed an exceptionally large hornets nest. They were very stubborn. He was persistent and completely got rid of them.
We’ve used Dead One Pest Control for both our home and business, and the results have been excellent. Professional, reliable, and effective—highly recommend.
Within hours of calling DeadOne they came out to spray for wasps. Steven was very thorough and even fixed the rope that broke on the attic door. Thank you! I told him he was a man of steel going so close to the nests and not hesitating …
Absolutely exceptional customer service! They are thorough and professional. Would most certainly recommend DeadOne's crew to anyone looking to get rid of those pesky seasonal ants/clover mites/spiders and anything that doesn't belong in or …
The stuff people actually ask us on the phone, answered the way we would answer it.
We walk the inside and outside of the place, figure out what pest you have, find where it is getting in or nesting, and then tell you what we plan to do about it. After the treatment we tell you what to watch for and whether a follow-up visit makes sense. The goal is to keep them gone, not just knock them back for a week.
Yes. We use EPA-registered products and only treat the areas that need it, not your whole house. If anything needs to dry before kids or pets go back into a room, we will tell you before we start.
Usually not. For most visits you can stay home. A few bigger jobs, like some flea or bed bug treatments, may mean stepping out for a few hours, and we will tell you ahead of time.
Often you will see less activity within a few hours, but it usually takes a few days to clear things up completely. Bed bugs and heavier infestations can take more than one visit. We keep an eye on it until it is handled.
Ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, bees, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, bed bugs and mosquitoes. We also trap and remove raccoons, opossums, skunks, squirrels and other animals. The one thing we do not do is termites, because that needs a separate license. If that is what you have, we will point you to someone who does.
For most homes, yes. A visit every three months catches problems before they turn into a full infestation, and it usually costs less than dealing with one. Homes next to woods, fields or water sometimes need it more often. After the first visit we will tell you what makes sense for your place.
Call us at (260) 245-3323. We get out same day or next day whenever we can, weekends included, and we will tell you straight when we can be there.
It depends on the pest, and we will tell you when you book. Usually it means clearing the floor along the walls, putting food away and keeping pets out of the way. For outside work we might ask you to trim back bushes touching the house.
Probably, yes. Fort Wayne is home base, but we are out in New Haven, Huntertown, Leo, Auburn, Columbia City, Huntington, Bluffton, Kendallville, Decatur, Warsaw and Angola all the time. See all our service areas, or just call and ask.
